Too big to be on ocean parkwak

Hi. There have already been 2 people killed on this street in the last few years. There really needs to be a stop sign on Humbolt. There is one on Withers but it does little since cars come off the BQE Express way and shoot down Humbolt street at full speed. The neighborhood is growing and this dangerous intersection has to be fixed before any more injuries occur.

I called 911 twice on Sunday to report blood smears all over my VW parked out front of my apartment. It looked like there was a stabbing the night before. I was weary of cleaning it up for fear of removing evidence but also need to file police report for insurance reasons. I didn't hear a peep from the police.
