    Heat is inconsistent in 1st and 2nd floors, Landlord keeps lowering the heat and the rooms are freezing. 2nd floor has a kid and the kid is getting sick

    I'm not sure who is responsible for keeping the sidewalk here clean. But all along this block it is absolutely disgusting and the growing level of trash is becoming hazardous.

    On an ongoing basis, cyclist continuing to go the wrong wat down Monroe between Franklin and Bedford. They refuse to to travel the correct way doen the street ehen traveling to the Bed-Sty YMCA.

    Little or insuficient heat provided in building 42-16 80st Elmhurst. They only provide heat when weather is in the 30's. Super lives in the building but he is careless of tenants, he lives on the first floor which is the warmest floors of all. Unfortunatelly floors 4 and up are very very cold because no heat is provided.
    When confronted managment about the issue they said it was the first time they heard that type of complaint, but when I went to the 311.website to make a complaint and check then list of complaints against the building they have 15 complaints about the same issue.
    The building is managed under greenhill managment llc but I am sure the owner lives in the buiding.
    Right now is 64 degrees in my apartment and I just don't know what to do.

    Ever Since Last Year, there has been no hot water and i'm sick and tired of this. I had to heat water from my kitchen stove.

    Long line very deep tire tracks causing your car to stay on a railed pothole about 50 feet long or more! Very dangerous in this area has been like this for a while and this parkway connection is a busy one.

    No heat today even though it is 10 degrees out. Heat is always off at night, so you have to run electric heaters. Landlord owns restaurant under apartments and it is always well maintained and warm while the tenants suffer.

    Regardless of the outdoor temps, heat delivery in this building is at 5 am, 12 pm and 9 pm - period. This is clearly an outrageous flaunting of the NYC heat regulations. (And heat was not delivered at all until well into November.)
