and 311 many times. I am a renter in a two family house. The landlord DOES NOT live there and I can't get his address. I have his name and phone number only.
It has been very hard during this cold. I have two young children here. They are 2 and 4. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

EVERY WINTER IT SEEMS AS IF THIS BUILDING IS VERY COLD. THERE ARE CHILDREN IN THIS BUILDING. MYSELF AND SOME NEIGHBORS ARE COMPLAINING BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE HEAT OR WE HAVE VERY LITTLE HEAT. THE CITY WAS CALLED A FEW TIMES AND WHEN A BUILDING INSPECTOR COMES, IT SEEMS LIKE THE SUPER RAPIDLY TURNS ON THE HEAT AND THEN WHEN THE CITY LEAVES, SO DOES THE HEAT! ITS RIDICULOUS FOR STRUGGLING FAMILIES TO PAY RENT WITHOUT RECEIVING AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF HEAT. MY CHILD IS 5 YEARS OLD. 5 YEARS OLD! WE ALL HAVE A COLD BECAUSE OF THIS MOLDY AND COLD APARTMENT. THIS IS YEAR 2013! CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE ASAP! PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO HELP US. WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED.

This is the worst intersection in downtown Brooklyn. Major confusion. There needs to be a turn signal at Sixth Ave onto Atlantic Avenue in both directions. This is a major accident waiting to happen and have many times come close to being hit. You have been warned City of New York. It's a joke that no one is fixing this corner.

Out of service AGAIN, approximately one month after loss of service lasting over a month. Obviously antiquated, unreliable, possibly unsafe. This is unacceptable for an island with a large population of disabled and elderly resident, not to mention people with baby strollers and bicycles. This elevator seems beyond repair and should probably be replaced; and a full-time attendant should be provided in the interim for the now highly inaccessible emergency/handicapped elevator. Absolutely appalling callousness to the needs of an island population with limited means of transportation.

303 east street apartment upstairs is rented by a known drug dealer, (Diane Poole). she is selling quantities of pills and crack cocaine and herion. there is traffic all night people simply drive up to the drive way and go upstairs cop there drugs and leave. sometimes people stay and use they drugs there inside Dianes room.i am a neighbor and can hear all the noise the is coming from this apartment.i work for this county and don't think drug dealers should stay home and sell drugs.something should be done for our children.

Water has been leaking from sewer the past couple of weeks.

The local honda dealership has appropriated the sidewalks to park their inventory vehicles.

There hasn't been any heat or hot water for the past 3 days. This is ridiculous, cant go to work without showering and freezing to death at home? Tried contacting Super of course he doesn't answer. Prakashe's office is the same thing. How long will we have to be without heat and water and pay the price?
