    Apartment does not receive enough heat. The radiator stays cool even when it is bitterly cold outside. It is so cold that a space heater has to be left on day and night which cannot be done on a fixed income. You have to either pay a huge electric bill every month or freeze.

    Deep pothole next to manhole cover just east of overpass on the westbound side of "Transverse D" (96/97th street) between 5th avenue and Central Park West in Central Park in New York City. This pothole caused our tire to go flat. While I was changing the tire, 4 other cars incurred the same damage. Some cars had multiple tire damage.
